For production of our dried prunes we planted more than 60 hectars of prunes orchards. The variety that we use is "Stanley", which one of the most suitable varieties for drying. We don't use raw materials from other suppliers, so we can control 100% of crops and results with full traceability of final product.

Drying is done on our own facilities in Chisinau. Prunes are dried unpitted an have the rest moisture of about 19%.

Pitting is done manually, so there is 100% guarantee, that there are no pit rests in pitted prunes. Pitted prunes are treated with a preservative and have moisture content of 23-25%.
